Back office: Our back-office service offering includes data management, trade settlement, reconciliation, investor relations services, anti-money laundering compliance, corporate and legal services and various other ad-hoc services such as tax reporting and MIS reports. We do have the systems and staff to operate efficiently and effectively. We ensure adherence to all internal and external audit standards. We will also review administrative / accounting procedures and recommend solutions in order to work towards a more efficient accounting process.

Fund accounting: We provide complete portfolio accounting and valuation services which includes valuation, net asset value calculations, pricing, management fee calculations, performance fee calculation, equalization etc. We are also providing performance and risk analysis such as Risk Statistics, attribution and contribution.

Accounting and CFO Services: We are the virtual finance departments of our clients. We help our clients to manage cash-flow planning and budgeting in addition to the regular accounting and book keeping. We will record all the transactions in our online systems or remotely to their accounting systems. We provide customized MIS reports as per the requirements of each client.

Software Consulting: We realise that the current business would require a complete step by step process to identify various software and technologies that a firm should be using. We help clients to assess, plan and manage their software implementation to maximize business value and return on investment.
